About me

Hey, I’m Josh. I’ve been running for 40 years and covered over 50,000 miles (yep, I’m basically on my third lap around the planet).

Along the way, I’ve spent over 30 years studying Eastern movement practices and am a certified Yoga and Qi Gong Instructor.

I have also been a licensed massage therapist for 27 years, Massage Therapy School Director, and Kinesiology instructor.

These days, I combine that knowledge and experience to help runners move better, hurt less, and actually enjoy the run.

I created the F.L.U.I.D.™ Running Experience to share a more natural, sustainable approach to running—one that’s all about ease, flow, and feeling good in your body.
